The Choncoff Fund for Macedonian-American
Established in 1996 with a gift from the family and friends of the late Tempe librarian and bookseller Mary Choncoff, the Fund:
Cosponsors the annual Choncoff Lecture in Balkan Studies presented by a scholar from Macedonia;
Offers scholarship support to needy students in the CLI Ohrid Practicum;
Provides short-term assistance and start-up funds for visiting scholars and professionals from southeastern Europe.

The George E. Paulsen IDEA
Established in 2005 by Professor Emeritus George Paulsen, the Paulsen International Distinguished Engagement Award supports CLI students committed to careers in international affairs by offering those with financial need study abroad scholarships.

Russian, Eurasian & East European Studies Fund
The Russian, Eurasian & East European Studies Fund:
Supports student scholarships;
Enlarges community-based outreach activities, including visiting guest lectures;
Strengthens the Center’s educational partnerships with East European and Eurasian universities.
