Three Junior Faculty
Three Junior Faculty Development Program fellows worked at the ASU Tempe campus in the spring of 2009. Dr. Ana Lazarevska, member of the Technology Faculty of the University of Ss. Kiril and Metodij (Skopje, Macedonia), delivered the 2009 Mary Choncoff Endowed Lecture on Southeastern Europe. Her talk addressed the challenge of the Kyoto Protocol on sustainability efforts in Macedonia. Mr. Artan Balaj, an instructor in the Faculty of Arts at AAB University (Prishtina, Kosovo) was an arts-in-residence at the ASU School of Art. Ms. Zorica Trajkova, instructor in the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Security (Skopje, Macedonia) at the University St. Kliment Ohridski (Bitola, Macedonia), was affiliated with the Melikian Center's Critical Languages Institute (CLI) and the ASU Department of English Linguistics/TESOL Program.
